• Date of Birth....... Old enough to remember the "Festival of Britain" and the Goon Show on steam radio first time round.

•   Place of Birth ..... Belfast, and proud of it.

•    Education ........... Forth River Primary, RBAI ( Royal Belfast Academical Institution, better known as "Inst")   and T.C.D. ( Trinity College Dublin )All excellent establishments, after all, they took me in !

•    Wife ............ Sandra, we celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary on 28th  June 2007. Here she is at a family wedding.

• Children ............. One boy, Niall.  

• Hobbies ...Golf ; Visit Ballyliffin G.C., one of the very best Links in Ireland.  Computing ;Digital Photography. Just got a new toy. Canon EOS350D.Fantastic !!

 

• MS Solitaire .... Highest Score was 8624  in 88 seconds.  5th September 2000. I wondered at that time  if 9000 plus was possible. The answer of course was yes. New high score of 9294 in 81 sec played on 20th Feb 2002.  New high score 9439 in 80 secs. 11.30 p.m. 19th June 2002. Can you now believe 10386 in 72 secs Played 11.20 p.m. on 29th June 2002. This is no April Fool. New High Score of 11583 in 64 secs at 5.48 p.m. on 1st April 2003. ........... Now 11608 at 10.01 p.m. 17th April 2003. Now 11933 in 62 seconds on Sunday 30th May 2004.
